Men's Digital Sports Watch Waterproof Tactical Watch with LED Backlight Watches for Men

I bought it for the stop watch to time my breaks while I'm at work... And it does exactly what I needed besides the time. Time is accurate. The stop watch is easy to access and operate. Two buttons presses gets you started. Also easy to reset. Bonus feature, one button press gets the screen to light up and the light is just as bright as it needs to be for you to see the time. When I need to check the time right after I wake up in the middle of the night, a dim light is all I need so I don't have to stare at an extremely bright smart device screen which always feels like staring into a car's headlights right after waking up. The material is strong but does not look more expensive, if you're looking for something that looks expensive, this isn't it. But if you're looking for something reliable that is strong, resistant, and practical, this is the right watch.

I bought this watch about 7 years ago, and I'm very fond of it, but the strap broke about 2 years ago. Even so, it served me very well. The most surprising thing is that the battery is still working, and it's still powered and functional.

Originally, I ordered this model of PALADA Men's Digital Sports Watch because I was in need of a conveniently priced, accurate, reliable, waterproof, and durable watch for Marine Officer Candidates School. It came to my door within a week & have been pleased with my experience of this accessory, at least until today. I purchased this watch in May of 2020 and have put it to the test to say the least. As a Marine Officer Candidate it has seen plenty of dirt, sweat, and water. Since departing from training, I have utilized this watch's functions day in and day out as a long distance runner, a student at the University of Georgia, and as ultimate frisbee athlete. It helps me stay on time and I particularly enjoy the customizable alarm functions as well as the appealing rigid aesthetic. One thing that I think could be improved is the light up function for when it's dark because it only lasts for about 2 seconds before having to press the light up button again (quite annoying) and I tend to look at my watch a lot outside when it is night time. Aside from that small critique I have enjoyed my watch up until today because now it is broken, 6 months later. The placeholder of the watch insert snapped on me this morning and is now not wearable. So now I'm in need of a new watch and will probably buy this watch again or at least another PALADA watch to replace this one. Overall, this is a great product for its price point and ability to endure many types of environments. I rank it 9/10.

It’s less than $20. It’s great for what you pay and works just as it should. If you’re expecting a miracle watch for less than $20 I’m sure Amazon sells magic wands too…. Great watch. Great quality for around $20

Great watch! I put the watch through the torture test and it is still running like the day I took it out of the package over a year ago. Normally the band cracks and breaks but this one feels like it hasn’t even been broken it yet. It keeps accurate time and has a stopwatch and day/date. Will buy a couple others in different colors. Great daily watch.

This watch is so inexpensive, I really want to give it 5 stars. But a couple of big issues almost have me give it a very low rating instead. Pros: + Cost (Pretty Cheap) + Lightweight + Tells time & date + Looks nice. Could pass as a “smart watch”. I think it has an expensive look. + Pretend your the Equalizer! 16 seconds! Lol! (Suunto style watch) + Chronograph works fine Cons: - Hard to read the time! Illumination is very poor. I should be able to read the time in a fraction of a second. This one takes a second or two sometimes for me to see it clearly. -Defect. Mine came with an imperfection in the top left corner of the face. It looks like a crack on the inside, because I can clearly see it, but I can’t feel it. I decided to live with it, but regret it every time I look at the time. -Can’t turn off the beeps (eg when using the chrono) I own around 20 watches, mostly in the $100 range, but a few are quite more. I wanted a watch I could work in and not mind getting broken. I was going to buy a more expensive tactical watch that takes a beating, but kept seeing this one. Could it make me look like Denzel? (Another Suunto Equalizer watch joke.) I do not use in water. This watch really does look good. It looks like a smart watch with a screen that can do so much more, but it’s actually a pretty dumb watch. Sadly, the lighting is so dim, sometimes I can hardly see the time! But it’s so inexpensive, if you’re sitting on the fence, just get it!

Considering the price point, the quality is excellent. I had a Suunto a few years back and had to return it because it just gobbled up a battery every few days. I didn’t really need the extra functions that piece provided but I did want the general look and size and this works perfectly. I stuck to the black again although I may add their other 3(?) colors at some point, given the price. (I thought I saw a yellow in another review but I don’t see that offered right now. Would be sweet). Anyway, couldn’t be happier. It’s big but lightweight and the strap fits well and is so comfortable you forget you’re wearing it. Set up is easy when using the little instruction booklet. Has a date display and a brightness button to illuminate the time when dark. As with all watches, use the lume sparingly to extend battery life. I don’t get my watches close to water beyond the occasional splash when washing hands etc so I can’t speak to water resistance because it’s not high on my list. I have maybe a dozen watches of various expensive and budget brands for all occasions and suddenly this is on my wrist more than the rest. How did that happen? Had a question for the seller which they responded to quickly and fully so this isn’t some no name brand where nobody is home once you get your watch delivered. Recommended. Very nice watch.

Pros: Love the design, military style, large number, large round display. The rubber band is wide enough to compensate the big (but not super big) round display. VERY... VERY waterproof. I took it swimming in the pool (clorinated), lake (fresh water), beach (salt water), ice-cold water at Bow Lake (Banff), dive from a diving board to about 5 meter deep pool, hot bathtub, sauna, I honestly have done them all and the watch still works flawlessly. I also wore it doing garden work and dusty work. No problem so far. The only problem is I lost it few days ago. I suspect it fell while paddle boarding (while I wasn't wearing it).. Cons: Light is dimmed already. Needs new battery. Purchased it Aug 2021. Screen display is plastic. Got scratched a few times. Display is not backlit. Took some times to get used to it cause it's a bit dark to see the time. Overlall, between the price (20 dollars at the time) and capabilities, it's totally worth it and I love it! I was sad when I lost it that I went back to the lake and free-dive the lake to look for it and even tried magnet-fishing it with no luck.
