WalkHero Arch Support Inserts for Women Men, Relieve Plantar Fasciitis

I’m a big guy so I personally need to get a new pair every 3/4 months. My wife bought me these the first time and such a difference maker. I have plantar fasciitis and these insoles helped the pain drastically!! I love the arch support and how it’s not just cushioning but actual support. I wear Skechers glad step and compression ankle socks with them and I’ve been pain free for over a year. The shock absorption is fantastic as well and you I definitely feel the difference in my heel as well. Durability is great I’m on my feet and moving/walking majority of the work day. I usually get two pairs at a time one for work then one for outside of work. Honestly these have been the best insoles and I’ve been searching for years even tried the ones my podiatrist recommended. Also helped getting good sneakers/footwear with these to maximize pain relief and support

Easy to use. I can put them in almost any pair of shoes I have to add support. My job requires me to stand a lot. My knees and lower back feel it. These help! I purchased some cheaper shoes from a website we all love. I think the shoes need to be a half? Size bigger to use these. Half sizes arent common in cheap shoes. My yoes are squished. I put these in a pair of tennis shoes I purchased on here. Not a lot of support but cute. Readonably good quality. These make them like a great pair of tennis shoes. These are now my Friday casual day go to shoes! I will buy more as I go

Not bad insoles! They are affordable and did the job. I needed a simple option and these worked well for what I was looking for. I do think I probably could have gone local and found something similar, but for the convenience and price, they were a solid choice. Affordable insoles that work well, though you may find similar options locally.

This is magic. I’m overweight and I been struggling in pain in my left foot. Ever since I started wearing them the pain disappeared and I feel more active. It’s truly amazing product. After trying out one pair, I liked them so much that I ordered another, so I'm not constantly switching the inserts from one pair to the other. I have mild Plantar fasciitis. My last pair of orthotics from my doc wasn't working well, so I decided to try these. I'm 200 lbs and am very active. I walk 2-3 miles every morning and hit the gym 4-5 times a week. I also hike in the mountains when I can. So far, these inserts have totally met my needs. The 12 to 12 1/2 inserts fit perfectly in all of my size 12 shoes - no need to trim the ends.

Its been a few months since using these and to be fair, I always give an item 3 stars when it could be a good product, just not a good product for me. In this case, these could be good for some but for my feet they turned out to cause more problems to my feet. At first I thought I just needed to break them in but as time went on, they actually made my feet hurt more. So, they did not improve my feet issues but we all have different feet and maybe they will work for you. If you know you need something with more cushion and a softer feel, these are likely not the insoles for you.

If you're like me and spend a ton of time on your feet, or deal with annoying aches from things like flat feet or plantar fasciitis, you definitely need to give these a try. Pros: Instant upgrade in comfort for everyday shoes. Solid arch support and deep heel cups that actually stay put. Durable materials that don't flatten out right away. Cons: They’ve got some thickness to them, so don't try squeezing them into tight dress shoes. Overall, if your shoes need some serious backup, these are definitely worth grabbing!

Day 1, some pain still, Day 2 pain was gone. I stand for work for 13 hours and these are surprisingly the best pair I have bought. I can walk for hours now, without heel pain. Would highly recommend this insole.

Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

This is the first time I heard of this brand and bought 2 pairs of these insoles. They arrived on time and looked well built with ample support to the arch, which is great for those with flat feet or near flat feet. I worn it for 2 days to work and can feel the support to the arches and heels is there. My job requires me to walk a lot and it provided sufficient support such that my feet do not feel tired and heels painful at the end of the day. Durability wise remains a question as this is my first time using it. Hope they will last.
