Feels good
So far, really good. Everything works, came truck freight, no damage. Really feels good, wife loves it. Me too. ...but blue tooth speakers not good sound, not a big deal to me. Still 5 star for the relief it gives. My friends like it too.

Disappointed
I ordered black, was damaged when delivered, the Heat part doesn’t work. To keep it they only give 20% back. Took longer to deliver the initial date. Just been so disappointed with the thing. The seat part is like sitting on rollers and it hurts. However my husband and I are very small people, so with a little more Cushion It would be more comfortable

I love it so far, with a few notes.The feet, arms and shoulder areas are amazing!I could use a bit less with the glutes. They're pretty rough.Overall, definitely a 4.5 chair.Shipping however...The chair came damaged, ripped and torn.I did get a 20% refund due to the damage. I would have rather had the quality promised.
