Maybe it hasn't been long enough for me to say for sure if this has made a difference but I don't think that it has done anything. Seems a bit of a gimmick to me and I'm not totally convinced it works. Maybe I just have to give it a bit longer.

I do feel like I have a little more energy but it’s not like I can 100% say they are working as I’m not sure. Not had any effect of desire though which I what I was hoping for but maybe after a longer course I could see a bit of a benefit in that department, but I would have though I would have a felt a little different after taking them for two weeks though.The tub is sealed with a foil lid, and I was disappointed to find out that the bottle isn’t full as it is only a quarter full. Once opened, it does smell a bit, but it isn't unpleasant, and each capsule is a light brown in colour. They don't smell individually so it’s just the air in the bottle that has the fragrance.
