The most noticeable effects for me are in improved sleep quality and skin glow - skin looks more firmer and hydrated. This supplement is a keeper, so say my kids. I've only been taking them a short time and the biggest change I have noticed is my Mood swings, (which is the reason I purchased them in the first place). Just 2 a day and my anxiety is on the down low. My moods are happier, no more snapping at everybody, and I'm actually getting sleep now. I go to bed and wake up in a much better mood. Help a lot with my sleep

I have ordered 3 bottles in the past 2 months trying to get what I ordered the 1st time. The 1st bottle was packaged in plastic and had cotton inside and was the larger pill. The 2nd and 3rd bottles was only covered in thenpaper lable and the pill was smaller and different and it didn't work at all. I'm not sure what happened Also you can't return them once you purchase. Has anyone had their periods change? Not long after starting this I had my period, heavier than normal. Then started again a week after I stopped the last one. Other than that, I feel like my mood is better and I have slept better. My exhaustion is the same though. Just ordered my second bottle. But the next day started my period two weeks early.
