I haven't used the ladder much, but whenever I've had to use it it's done its job. It's quite heavy, which is a plus, and also folds away to a very small size.

I got stuck on top of my campervan when an ordinary ladder slipped away. This ladder with its swivel hooks means that wont happen again. I was able to go up and down with total confidence, and as I hate ladders, this one changed everything....the fear has gone. I also love the way it extends too, very easy to use and great size for storage. Best product I have bought in years, absolutely love it!

Heavy, but sturdy. I feel in safe myself climbing up on it.

Did a lot of research before buying this ladder, whilst I've not thoroughly tested it it looks like it should last, it is stable and lightweight. There were a few plastic blocks in the box one of which seems to bolt to the top rung to act as a cushion on whatever you are propped against. The other two (triangular pieces) are a mystery. No mention of these in the manual. The manual is more about health & safety using ladders rather than setting up and using this particular ladder. Not that it is difficult. Overall looks like a good purchase and certainly effective in getting up onto the roof of my campervan!

I got this one for a good price. Love the fact that folds down and it’s easy to move around. It’s also light weight.

One of my best buys for a while. Sturdy, built well, ideal for many jobs including getting in and out of my loft. Great value for money when looking at telescopic ladders in other places such as Screwfix etc. feels very safe, extends easily and very easy to carry around. Would give more than 5 stars if possible

Works well and feels sturdy. Was slightly heavier than expected but is manageable. Fits in boot nicely.

I use it for getting on the roof of my camper van to load my kayaks, and use it for washing the van.
