Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Black Car Polish & Wax, 14 oz. (1 Pack)

My black SUV had developed minor swirl marks and faded areas after years under the sun, and I was worried I’d need professional detailing. Tried this Turtle Wax ceramic polish and wax combo, and it exceeded my expectations. It gently buffs away light scratches while laying down ceramic protection in one step. Working in small sections, the product spreads smoothly, and buffing off didn’t leave dusty residue. The finish is a rich, deep black with fantastic gloss. After a week, water still beads nicely on the surface. It blocks UV rays to prevent further fading. This saves me time and money, I’m really impressed with the all-in-one performance.

My 10 year old paint looks great again! Product does a good job covering blemishes like rock chips and small scratches. I’m very happy about the results and cost of the product. I topped it off with a coat of Turtle Ceramic acrylic black wax in a spray bottle. Paint has that deep black gloss again.

Great Black car wax. Be sure to wear Gloves to apply wax. to avoid washing the black stained wax off your hands. avoid on trims and weather strips. It don't take out light scratches, it may cover it, use your rubbing or polishing compound a extra step. To get a best result , you need to apply 2 coats wax in a cool shade area on black cars. What I like is , Buff / dry, You don't get that white dry wax in the cracks , gaps in your paint surfaces that you have to go over and wipe off and cant get them out the . Depend on your condition of your black paint clear coat ,it leaves a deep wet look on my 2015 Toyota. It beads nice like old Rain Dance. but after 2weeks it still beads but just lay there on the car and gets water dry spots. It goes on easy, make sure you do 2x2 sections at a time and buffs out smooth and clear after the second coat. it does look hazy after 1st coat; gentle wipe and buff with another clean micro cloth . when done; wait dont wet car at least 24 hours for turtle wax to dry and seal. a easy go to wax if you don't have time to do the polishing compound and just want to apply a coat of wax. and not have to worry about the dry white wax you cant get out of the paint , if you have scratches and cracks. it will hide them temporarily ; So Wax On N Wax off. breathe in and breathe out . Now, Biff-Tannen, I want to make sure that we get 2 coats of wax this time, not just one.

Used on a black Jeep TJ that had white crows feet all over the hood. Was amazed at how well this filled those and made the hood look black again from a distance and even from the driver's seat. You can still see the crows feet up close, but I'm very happy with the difference. Haven't washed it since applying, so hopefully that doesn't wash away the pigment and ruin the change.

I am one who relies heavily on reviews, so I hope this one is helpful. I was skeptical at first, but pleased with the results. You must manage your expectations and realize this will only be good for light surface scratches. And if you don't have a buffing machine, it will take numerous applications and some elbow grease. But if you're patient and stay at it, the scratches will come out.

Good product

I do like the way this wax fills fine scratches. But when buffing out at the end, there's a bit of oily residue and it's a lot of work to get it all off. Probably won't buy a again. Maybe others have had better luck.

Having a black BMW means always seeing the littlest scratch. Black become like a mirror when highly polished but regular polish just polishes. This Black Turtle Wax Hybrid Polish & Wax really makes a different to address the fine scratches and dings. After I complete paint correction step, Black Turtle Wax Hybrid is easy to apply and value for the quality of the product. It is the ONLY polish/wax I will continue to use on any black car.

Amazing wax. I waxed a dark Grey truck and it hid all the rock chips and light scratches completely. Gave the paint an unbelievable shine. Water beads off. Doesn't stain trim or leave a white film.

Realmente vale la pena invertir en este producto, dejó la pintura de mi carro muy bien, 10 de 10. Y ya si le pasas la pulidora pffsss, aún así a mano, quedo muy bien, ser pacientes y aplicarlo de forma correcto te ayudará a levantar envidias por el lindo acabado negro que deja. :)
