Damaged bottle
Unfortunately this product had been damaged and the bottom of the bottle was smashed. I didn’t realise this until I was unwrapping it and got a glass splinter in my finger! I am not sure whether to throw these capsules out because of the smashed glass.

puts lead in your pencil
This product is very strengthening for the body especially if taken with chilled, fresh royal jelly. Do not take more than one per day and if you begin to feel your organism overloaded try every other day. don't take it continuously for too long. It puts lead in your pencil even more so than the iron cod liver oil combination does.

Have been using a variety of supplements so cannot say how good but I do think they are good with other ones.
