Amazing product!
Love how fast it rises temperature, this model doesnt have a time controller, so that is importante to know. Pmc supplies doesnt answers emails fast, but you can call to talk to someone of technical support, they are very helpful

Good kiln. Very small
I didn't realize how small the kiln is. 5 1/2" at biggest makes it perfect for wax burnout for small jewelry.
