you need to look at product details before you buy but if the back is 4 inches i’d say front is 2

What way round does it go?

Hi, The wider part would be at your back and the front would be with the buckle. Regards, B2Fitness

My waist is 28.. which one would be suitable for me

if you check out the picture there is a sizing chart. I am 30" and the small was too small. So I got medium. Small will work. But Id suggest that medium will also - it depends how long you need it to last for.

I cancel this items but you not back my money!? Why ?
