good for immunity

Placebo Junk tablets
I was specifically looking for lions Mane mushroom & after a lot of research I selected this one. I had good hopes but after consuming the exact dosage as they specified I felt no absolute change. Generally even if I take multivitamin I notice someor the other change either through energy or moods or overall stamina etc. I did not notice a single thing with these junk tablets. I had high hopes & thought I selected the right fit but definitely not. I could not even feel a 1% difference. Iam writing this review after a whole month of usage.
