This is the best he had I have ever owned. I originally purchased it for a back injury while I was seeing a chiropractor, didn’t think I would keep it for long, but I still use it for female monthly use for cramps and pelvic pain, my relatives have asked to borrow it. I haven’t had any stains or spills on it, but it still remains very clean to this day after a few months and still very soft. I have not had to wash it, but it is very good quality, and I think it would still be the same after washing even on the standard level three temperature. It is very warm and the multiple settings for timers is amazing. The auto shut off is super important because after a while when I’m asleep, I won’t need it. I feel that this is the best value for money for a heat pad, the size is perfect.

The size makes it perfect for the back, to drape on cold feet, or anyplace you need it. It's soft, has several temps, and timed up to two hours. Love it so much I bought two more, one for each of us and a spare.

It works pretty well. It heats up to just warm enough for my muscle spasms. It has a timer, which is nice and six settings for heat. The cord is plenty long so for the money it’s worth it.

I honestly use this heating pad almost every day once the weather gets cold. It heats up really fast and gets nice and warm without having to wait forever. It's become my go-to for sore shoulders, back aches, and just warming up after being outside. The size is great too. It's long enough to drape across my shoulders or lower back, but I also use it across my lap when I'm just relaxing on the couch. It's the perfect size without feeling bulky. The funniest part is that my cats have basically claimed it as theirs. On cold winter mornings I'll turn it on and lay it on the couch, and within minutes they're curled up on top of it, completely content. It definitely gets their seal of approval!

I would buy one. It worked really good. I had shoulder surgery and it helps relieve some of the pain and then when you have to stretch your muscles that helps a lot also have back injury. They get really hot at last for two hours and it will make you sweat if you go all the way up if you just wanna lay on it for two hours, I’d leave it right in the middle put it on for two hours and just relax until you can’t but definitely a value for this item. I definitely recommend it.

Love love love this! Way better than the hard plastic old school heating pads. This one doesn't get bunched up or hard. The fabric is soft and very flexible. Great to wrap it around areas easily. Different settings is fabulous, the highest is amazing. Won't burn you, but very nice for sore muscles. Like the timer feature, very easy to use. Thought it was washable, haven't figured out how to took off cord. Update: January 2025, heating pad stopped working with E1 error code, no heat. Contacted manufacturer, quick response and sent replacement put quickly. Very happy with product and customer service support!

Has a timer (up to 2hrs) with heating level options 1-6. The pad itself is very soft and flexible, which I really like, however the heating can be inconsistent with some spots on the pad heating up more than others. Makes me wonder how long it will last and possibly whether that inconsistent heating might become dangerous? In the meantime it’s doing its job and I’ll continue to use it.
