I bought several of these journals for my grand daughters. This is such a fun activity to do w them. You do not have to be artsy to love them!

My niece played it it for hours 10/10 gift

I love this as a creative outlet to help mitigate stress/frustration. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the multiple spelling errors.
