I’m 6’ and about 175 lbs, been lifting for years, plus I do MMA and bounce on the side. I’m usually underestimated by bigger guys, so this has been fun to bring to work and jiu jitsu, everyone wants to test their grip strength. I usually score between 165 - 185, which beats almost everyone. Exactly what I was looking for, works great and it’s been used by probably 40 - 50 people already with no issues so it's durable enough. Definitely worth the money.

I bought this to do isometric hand exercises. It is easy to use but the grip hurts after a few minutes so it is hard to hold for any length of time. If you can hold it you do feel it in your forearm so it is effective.

Great for putting people in their place. An be addictive and cause tennis elbow if you can’t put it down.
