Can these be used in a regular (non HE) washing machine?

I've used the 81 pod in regular washer and am down to like 6 and reordering. Just noticed the "HE Turbo" and in reading the Tide Manufacturer's FAQs on this page it says, "Q: Should I use this detergent in a standard washing machine? A: We recommend only using Tide HE Turbo PODS in high efficiency machines." Guess I'm going to look for the others as I'm sure there's a reason - but not happy b/c the container has almost no instructions with tiny picture of standard and HE and says "For both" - thanks for the confusion Tide... not buying this round...

I need the tide pods with the lowest amount of calories. Which ones do i need??

I didn’t know they had calories! They aren’t to be consumed.

Can this be used for cold water?

I have had two items damaged apparently by the whitening ingredients (bleached areas) in cold water. I do not use this product in cold water now.
