Huge fan of this supplement. It seems to make my skin clearer and I tend to lose weight when I’m taking it. Please note these are both very anecdotal benefits and could be attributed to any number of other variables. Possibly even placebo effect. It tastes good, it’s easy to use, and overall I tend to keep this in my supplement stack. This is one of the more expensive supplements I take. I like it enough that I’ve ordered it at least four times. And will continue to do so as long as I keep noticing benefits.

This product made a difference for me in my Lyme disease treatment. It helps detox the liver and the taste is phenomenal. It is a bit spendy but one tube lasts me about 2-3 months. Will continue to purchase.

I started taking this a few years ago because my functional dr recommended it to help me detox. I do not drink, smoke or take any drugs. I live a very health lifestyle, however, due to my genetics I have some issues. I instantly can feel a difference when I take this in my energy and overall well-being. I have since discovered I have compound heterozygous MTHFR and slow COMT gene. As I am getting older, now in my mid 40s, and going through a lot of stress, I notice I get flooded with anxiety and it takes over my whole body and mind, I believe this is a flooding of all the stress hormones and my body can not detox. I just went through immense stress this week and realized I had not taken my glutathione. After 2 doses, I was totally calm and back to my normal self. I could sleep again, my looping thoughts stopped and the prickly sensation all over my body ceased. Its truly a Miracle for me. I have taken about every type of supplement there is and this really is the one I cant live without. Make sure you work with a good Functional dr to see if you need it. I think I read three hours worth of reviews and ended up finding that this had the most positive feedback however it was not the experience I expected at all. I laid it out on the side and immediately gushed 2 teaspoons when I was supposed to take one so I took a paper towel and cleaned up the other teaspoon while swallowing and trying to hold under my tongue the 1 teaspoon. With the nastiest stuff I’ve ever tasted. I don’t know what the flavor was, but they might as well just call it sulfur vomit after about 15 minutes. My stomach was really in pain and it said like that all through the night I barely slept. I was really hoping this would’ve helped me from my lines disease and my inflammation but unfortunately my stomach is now in very bad shape and I’m going to my gastroenterologist tomorrow to see if he can prescribe me something like Carafate to coat the line of my stomach, so I don’t get an ulcer. Please be very careful with this product.

I wish I had a positive review but unfortunately the taste and smell were extremely unbearable. For the high cost of this product compared to other top rated L-Glut products it's disappointing. I took a teaspoon in AM sublingual as directed and barely could gage down to swallow rest. The taste just now has left my mouth & nose and it's been 24 hours. All I could taste and SMELL yesterday and last night was whatever ingredients are in this. I'm so sad as it was super expensive :-(

It worked for cousin, but not for me. It made me feel yucky after using. All people are different and respond to things in a different way.
