Great alternative
I workout in the garage. Got weights and all that stuff however my wife’s gym in the house is typically filled with pink weights and peloton equipment. Basically everything I avoid. Had a nice TRX setup in the garage for some more functional training and she decided she wanted one too. So I gave her mine and set it up for her. I quickly missed those exercises so purchased this bad boy. Personally I think it’s better than the TRX set and would definitely buy another if needed.

Same benefits as the more expensive ones.
I love these. I can get the same results from these, without the cost for the brand name ones. I was a little nervous with the anchor that you put over the door, but it holds the bands in securely in place.

Good quality
This is a good quality alternative to the more expensive brand. Plenty of attachments and mounting options. Comes with booklet for different exercises and a carrying/storage bag.

Nice set of suspension straps with some minor nits.
This is my third set of suspension straps. I have owned something called the jungle gym I bought on a deep deep discount from a random website, a set of Monkee straps (kickstarter) and now these. And, for good measure, I have used actual TRX straps in various classes. The concept is the same across all of them, even if the accomplish suspension training in slightly different ways. The good news is, they all work. And if you take the time to learn how to do suspension training correctly and ideally have an overhead connection (vs a door), you get a tremendous, versatile workout. The Posturely Bodyweight Trainer kit competes well with the other brands I have used. The webbing is high quality, the door anchor is a different effective design then I have seen in the past, stitching is well done, carabiners are of a good enough quality, comes with an outdoor strap (extension), and the buckles are easy to adjust. Better, there are strap holders to keep the loose strap from flopping in your face keeping everything nice and tidy. The one thing I don't love is the handles, which are fine, but they are the one thing that feels a bit cheap. A little small, they feel constraining somehow. They are nicely cushioned, just.... not sure, not as nice as others I have used and if you are putting your foot through them for pikes or something, they are hard to get into.Aside from that, these are nice. Easy entry point to try suspension training. Give em a go.

An Affordable, Portable Gym For Road Warriors
The gym, once removed from its box, is about the size of a small toiletry bag. Which means it takes up about the same amount of room as a pair of tennis shoes will in your suitcase. The design uses a wedge and rip stop nylon to carry your body weight against the door frame/jam up to 350 lbs. You can do a lot of exercises, stretches in particular, that make this a go-to item for the serious traveler/business road warrior who is trying to stay fit and stretched out while on the road. While it won’t replace your free-weight/cross fit/max workout it will give you a full body workout and stretch when you are traveling or at home. The limiting factor is the door frame you use. Hotel doors, with steel frames, are no problem, lighter core doors with wood trim have to be assessed on a door-by-door basis.

Great home workout and stretch!
I wasn't sure how this would workout for my at home physical therapy routine but once it was all set up (a better instruction book would be nice but if you have someone handy its pretty easy to figure out) and I got to doing the stretches it made it so much easier on my body and because of that I was able to move from stretching to a light workout and continue to get stronger using it. It is very sturdy and easy to use!

Dangerous, it breaks apart
I was enjoying this product until it snapped not once but twice causing me to fall violently backward.

A really good alternative to the mainstream version
When I ordered this "bodyweight trainer kit", I was weary of what the quality would be. Upon receiving it, my doubts disappeared. This is a well built product. The straps are heavy duty, the stitching is top notch, the latches and carbiners are heavy duty. The handles are strong as well, but also comfortable. I have not used the door anchor because I just don't trust door anchors (but that is not based on this product in particular).I installed three heavy duty hooks in my bedroom wall (directly in the stud), low, medium and high. I get a great morning bodyweight workout with them. The instructions include some exercises to do with the setup. If you want more, just search the net for TRX exercises. You will find plenty.Highly recommended!
