This rack mounted pannier bag is wonderfully tough and handy. I dont have to worry about room for packing stuff for the day, it all just stuffs in. Jacket computers books drinks bottles and this is just some of what it’s held. I just grab what I need for the trip, toss it in and plonk the stuffed bag on my rack side and then off I go. I am delighted with it for my use!

Value , waterproof, size, quality, ease of attachment

I liked the design and convenience. After three weeks, one of the two hooks that attach the pannier to bicycle rack has fallen off. The attachment to the rack is an issue with all panniers I know, so one should have a look and check if mounting is successful. Here, a small do-hickey can be "open" and you can slide its hook and clamp it in a new position, or "closed", no sliding. And it can open by itself, hence: check after mounting, especially when loaded with eggs etc, also, react to a sound alerting to "something happened near rear wheel, it should not happen for BOTH hooks to loose at once.

Great Pannier! I was skeptical at first because it didn't fit my rack because of the spacer so i removed it and the bag was still somewhat loose so i wrapped the area with tape and it felt secure and then i went on a long bumpy trail carrying a 24 pack of my favorite beverages so I could enjoy with my friends and it held pretty good so I'm really happy

Lower straps aren't long enough/adjustable enough/ in the right place. Had to modify the bag to fit my very normal rack. Additionally they are unbelievably heavy....6lbs a piece maybe? The hooks for the top of the rack mount are finicky and have have then come loose, which could realllllly cause problems if they fell. That said, material quality is very high for the price. They are a nice size, and the backpack straps are cool (if a little unnecessary and heavy). Overall, better bags for the price I think, they are very nearly perfect, but the minor faults make for major problems

I had been searching far and wide for a large, waterproof, pannier bag that converted into something I could carry around school/work during the day, and after finding nothing at a reasonable price point at REI I turned to Amazon. This hits all the marks. Seems to be well constructed and, while I haven’t been caught in the rain with it yet, it seems legitimately waterproof. The pannier mounting mechanism is great (it clicks into place in a way that—with my rack—prevents it from falling off when I hit a bump), it can hold a ton of stuff (multiple books, computer, sweater, and lunch), and has some useful internal pockets (in addition to the built-in laptop sleeve). Only strike against it is that, as a backpack, it’s not very comfortable. It does, however, come with a shoulder strap too.

I was initially excited to get this pannier, replacing my old pannier (from a different company, which has lasted over 10 years with no issues) From the start, the right clip consistently had a hard time working and even after pulling hard on the strap, I would have to manually use my finger to pull the hook back to attach it to my bike rack. Then the first clip that held one of the sides in place broke. I used duct tape to keep it in place, and contacted the company about the warranty. I received terrible customer service, making false assumptions and being accusatory. When I noted the rude service, the company did finally offer to send a replacement bag - BUT all the replies I sent past that point (with my address) were erased from the chat log and I never heard back from the company, so it seems like a fake offer. Then not too long after that the other clip broke and even the part that latches on cracked. And I bought it this year! My other pannier (from a different company) lasted over ten years. This is a poor product from a company with bad customer service. I would not buy from them.

Perfect for taking an instrument to school. - easily clips on seat mounted rack. - seems sturdy after 2 months of use so far Securing with a few zip ties to help minimize the risk of the theft.

These seem great so far. Initially took me a bit to figure out the clasp but once i did, installing them was easy. Bags are spacious and appear to be well waterproof but havent had to ride in the rain yet. Colour way is great and material feels sturdy.

This bag lives up to my expectations. It attaches to my ebike rack easily and does so firmly enough that I don't need to bother securing the bottom with the Velcro strap. Once on, and fully loaded at that, it stays put through my bouncy bike ride. I haven't had to ride through much rain so cannot really comment on that aspect of it, other than to say it does seem fairly water resistant, like a rubber boot.

Useful with 2 way to carry the bag : crossbody and on the back. Lightweight A bit tough to clip to the bike sometimes but very secure. Completely waterproof and the design is minimalist. I used it all summer, I got a few marks because of the bike rack .

I love this bag! This bike bag has exceeded my expectations. It is very well made and functional in every way. It’s so easy to hook onto , and off of the bike rack. Tons of room inside and lots of pockets. I will be buying one for my husbands bike also. Definitely recommend this bag .

A lot heartier than I would have expected for the price. Has good bells and whistles and has been excellent with large weight in it. It’s surviving Canadian winter well so far in terms of waterproofing. Some small details I would change if I could - it is super heavy compared to other panniers I’ve had. And in cold weather, the material is NOT pliable which means trying to tuck in straps or roll closed becomes a bit of a battle I’d rather not have in below zero weather. But to be fair, both the above downfalls are because it is built with good materials.
