Both my husband and our daughter love hotwheels and their range of cars. So when we saw this Disney set my daughter was drawn to them. The set comes with 4 different cars/characters. Mickey mouse, Vanellope from Wreck it Ralf, Stitch and Huron with Baymax. They are all well made, and the scult and paintwork seems really good. They are of a general hotwheel size so fit most of the different tracks etc. They seem strong and sturdy and should withstand a large amount of playtime. Great fun to be had.

The Disney hot wheels racers come attractively presented in a see-through box and, although described as die-cast, the bottoms of the cars are actually die-cast metal but the tops are plastic. The metal base adds some weight and the hot wheels make these quite nippy on the hot wheels track. The four Disney characters are very detailed and beautifully painted. They are sturdy and will take some use. The grandchildren really liked them.

These are great. Bright and colourful and up to the usual hot wheels high standard. However, I am a bit disappointed that one of the characters is a minor character - one that I have never heard of in fact. This might be just a case of me being out of the loop. I would have still preferred them to be all famous classic characters.
