One of the biggest advantages for me is that you don’t need any harsh or toxic cleaning products — the steam alone does the job and gives peace of mind, especially for hygiene. Setup is very straightforward. The mop comes in three main parts which slot together easily, so it’s ready to use within minutes. It heats up quickly and feels intuitive to operate. VERY impressed for the price! It’s lightweight and easy to use. Was easy to put together. Plenty of steam comes out and has made a really nice job of my floors. I live in a small 2 bed house with wood flooring downstairs, carpet upstairs, I have no storage for a full carpet cleaner, so after much searching for a smaller product which is suitable for carpet and not being able to find one, this was a good find. Was a little put off by some of the reviews but it arrived fresh in the box and so far so good. A perfect solution for keeping my carpets hygienic very easily!

The steamer fell apart! I have only used it a couple of times and each time a different compartment fell out and the steamer stops working. Absolutely awful cheap product i may as well have bought this from shein. I need to return it as this product is faulty but there is no option hence the bad review. AVOID!! Waste of money!!

My first ever steam mop... very easy to use, light weight, sturdy, floors have come up lovely. Used di-ionised water which is cheap from the supermarket as you dont use chemical with this one. Floors dried up quickly. Not a big water storage tank but great for a flat, small area or small home. Brilliant product, highly recommended!

Wanted a steam Mop with continuous steam, unlike previous one you had to pump to get the steam out. This one works in that one handle is lowered the steam comes out. Its easy to use, simply pop on Mop pad and good to go, removing the pad is simple too. Only negatives I would say the handle is weak, creaks as using it, and the Mop pads are not great, they can come loose when using (that could be my uneven floor) and after washing the colour is coming out. The Mop itself looks great, is light and easy to move around, with decent cleaning and heat level is sufficient for use. Some have commented on cable length I find it perfect, around 5m so able do kitchen etc without moving the plug
