These arrived the day after I ordered them. I have to say I’m very impressed. The finish is really nice, they feel light and sturdy and are easy to assemble. I had seen the video explanation. But the markings on the poles themselves give a clear indication of what to do. They are study and light, fold down small and come with a neat bag. I like the fact that the adjustment clamp is positive but unobtrusive when in place. There’s a small Velcro strap to hold it all together when folded. The wrist straps are ok, I suppose you might expect a better quality strap if you were paying four times as much for a premium brand. They come with spare rubber tips and baskets for snow and mud - you pay extra for all of this with some of the top brands. These adjust between 115 and 135 cm long. Bear that in mind - I’m 5’11” and I’ll be using these at the shortest length (115cm) - I do the same with ski poles, it just seems to suit me. My point is, whilst they say they suit people from 5’6” or whatever, if you are on the shorter side, you may find these are too long for you. Overall, I am very chuffed with these and thoroughly recommend them. I’m going to give them some serious use, I’m glad I didn’t splash four or five times as much for Leki poles or similar as I’m not sure I would have got much more value.

I brought these to help me walk in the woods and with hills. I have diabetic peripheral neuropathy and wasn’t keen on a stick. These are easy to put together. When secured they are sturdy. They look good, folding away nicely to fit in my bag. I would highly recommend these. Comfortable to use and great value for money. Using one on its own or both depending on how things are. The poles have many good features - they are so easy to click into place and then fold down again. They are also very quick to adjust in length, and they are generally well-made and strong. I had a recent problem with one pole - the screw fitting at one end of the central cord worked itself loose and got jammed inside a section - making it unsuable. But the customer service from TheFitLife was fantastic - the poles were just less than a year old and, after sending TheFitLife feedback and a photo, they sent new ones immediately. Users should occasionally just check the tightness of the screw fittings at the ends of the central cord - to prevent the accidental dislocation that I experienced. And also worth checking the tightness of the mud baskets - they can work loose through general walking (generic replacement ones can be obtained inexpensively, so not a big issue). All-in-all I thoroughly recommend these poles.

Really nice sticks. Robust enough for general use. The pack down size and weight were the real reason for buying these and I'm not disappointed. Very pleased with them.

I have been really pleased with these sturdy walking poles that collapse down and fit into my lightweight rucksack. I had a slight problem with one of the poles several months after purchase. But I contacted the company directly by email and their customer services department was first rate. Within two days of my email a new set of walking poles was delivered to me. A special shout out for Alice in customer services, who was a star! 🌟

Excellent, easy to assemble and disassemble as required

I have been looking at walking sticks for a while now. When I saw these from TheFitLife I thought I would give them a try. Very pleased I did, the first thing you notice is how light they are being constructed out of aviation grade aluminium (266 g) each pole, and coming in a carry bag was a bonus, this bag has loops for attachment to a backpack or a belt. Once out undo the Velcro strap and then fold out, after that push the sections together making sure the top section is extended until the button is heard to click out and they are ready to use. There are adjustable straps on the handle to secure over your wrists, and they are height adjustable. I found walking with them very easy and it has helped my mobility with much better balance. Included in the bag are nice clear instructions, snow and mud baskets and spare rubber tip. A well made and very handy bit of kit for outdoor walks.

I don't believe in reviewing products until I truly give them a run for there money. I am 275 lbs 6ft 4 ultra runner. I purchased these with the intent to shuffle them to my hiking bag and replace them with a "nicer" pair of poles. After logging 80+ miles with these strapped to my back and in hand, I am happy to say the they have solidified a spot in my ultra pack set up for good! The quality is top tier, and durable to boot. I can throw them in my quiver and go with the utmost confidence of their portability, and the assembly of them. Maneuvering gear during long runs is pivotal and so having ease of foldability and stout stability makes them a perfect addition to any gear set.

These poles are amazing for the price! Well built and seems sturdy! Great workmanship, amazing fit and finish! They are adjustable and comes with a nice carry bag and the accessories and littles extras! Really happy can’t wait to try them on the trails!

Ordered these poles 2 days before my very first 50km trail run. The instructions and setting up of the poles was really easy, the product is light and folds perfectly to store on the back of the backpack. They worked like a treat. Would definitely recommend these to others who are getting into the ultra trail running and want something that doesnt cost an arm and a leg, after all Ive already spent enough money on all the other gear I needed for this event...

Great hiking poles, easy to assemble and disassemble. Used for trekking in Antarctica. Love that different feet for use of gravel, rock, snow, ice etc. Lightweight and portable, fit in your luggage.

These are the first trekking poles I've tried so take this review with a grain of salt. I wanted collapsible poles and these are great at conforming to small packs and carry on bags. When assembled, they are sturdy. Some reviews have dissed the sturdiness of these poles. Not sure why . . . Once assembled, adjusting to various lengths is a breeze. The adjustable clamp is simple and effective. The grip itself is elongated allowing you to easily shift to a lower grip on the pole while on an incline. The matte finish is cool and with many colors to choose from it was easy to pick something I liked. They come in a nifty zipper case with two replacement "standard" tips as well as 2 snow and 2 mud/soft terrain tips. There's even an extra velcro band in case you lose the one they ship with. Will they hold up over time? I certainly think so. I'm a casual hiker. Maybe these aren't good for rugged trails, but they're all I should ever need. I am extremely pleased with these and plan to buy another set for my wife.
