Getting back to you as promised. Yes, manufactured in China. I've been using these Sterile brand new needles with beveled tips without any issues. If you stick it into the vile more than once or your Skin, it'll begin to dull the Tip, so use a new one. I also have all my Hep. Vaccines which help protect should there be not so sterile needles. These are and comfortable. I pinch the Skin while injecting meds which helps. Here are pictures of the Box and info.
