been taking these everyday for 2 years now. i take 4 a day.. 2 around 6am.. 2 when i get off work around 4 pm. these definitely work... even if you arent lifting these things give you a lot of energy.. if you do work out they are even better.. i would recommend these to any man.. as an everyday suppliment.. they just make life better... just make sure you are taking enough... im about 180lbs with at about 15% BMI... so 4 a day is good for my body type.. you might have to experiment with the dose, depending on your body weight and lifestyle. ive.. tried anywhere from 1 a day up to 10 a day.. but 4 a day is the best.. and gives the best results..
