This is a wide range of bacteria of a specific group of strains. This should be good for my wife who complains other probiotics make her itchy. The sellers listing implies that this should not. I do have to take one star off for labeling. I am unable to find where this product is manufactured nor the country of origin. I think we all want to know where something is from before ingesting it. It is a subjective and often difficult process to review supplements. Sometimes the effects can be seen and felt but most of the time it is subtle or undectable. However in this case I can say that none of the undesireable side effects like gas and bloating where noticed with this one. I also kind of seem to have better digestion. These come in a high quality bottle with an easy to open lid. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any kind of after taste in your mouth. The list of microbes is unique and I do believe in developing a proper gut biome thru ingestion thru fruits and vegetables picked from your own backyard garden. This supplement aligns with my own thoughts on the best source of them. Typically these microbes live on the undersides of the leaves of your plants and form protective biofilms to provide shelter and habitat from UV rays, rain and wind. These same microbes can flourish in the human gut and outcompete other less beneficial microbes. I like this one. 5 stars.
