Bought this to replace a malfunctioning Netgear Nighthawk and so far it has been absolutely brilliant. Easy to set up, swap SIM cards and the range is much better than any other mifi I have owned or used. It's quite big and quite heavy but it is also a very good power bank and so I guess that you need a lot of (heavy) battery power to provide charging for other bits of kit on the road. The touch screen isn't as sensitive as we are all used to with iPhones and similar devices but that took about two minutes to get used to and doesn't justify taking a star off of this excellent product.

Purchased this as a stop gap while moving house, it's been fantastic. Battery last most of the day, WiFi signal covers all my property and broadband speed tests generally give me a good indicator. One point I think is important to mention as I've seen comments on this. Having 5g available in your area doesn't mean it will use it. It gives you the best option available, and with the UK's shaky rollout of 5G meaning often it's slower than 4g+ , the device will jump to the best option. I place mine at the top of my house and it sometimes goes for 5g and other times 4g+ but generally I can do teams presentations etc without any lag, but that's very much my location. Just trying to point out, the device is dependant on the quality of your service.

This product is insane. As long as your provider gives good speeds, this modem delivers. Im getting shy of 500mb all day long. Super powerful, great range and no performance issues even with multiple devices connected. But ultimately I got this device as a portable modem so when I travel I have internet on the go. The bad news is this device doesn’t not worm on certain 5G bands especially US ones. Which ultimately was a deal breaker for me. Went to states and couldn’t use it. Would not get service at all. ZTE said they don’t support US 4G/5G bands. A little bit of a disappointment but no big deal.

I am pissed. The SIM card constantly ejects. The cover warps when I put it on it. And it only works if I am pressing hard on the cover of the slot Tried to contact the seller. Followed the steps. It led me to talk to the manufacturer that told me I am doing everything right and to contact the seller. I am recovering from brain damage but correct me if I am wrong. I have no way to contact the seller. I tried for ages. I spent £240 pounds on a device which has such a poorly made SIM card port that faults must be common like I experienced I can't return this bastard and I can't get a new one so I am going to try super glue on a device that is £240 brand new, faulty without a help option and call it a day

I hesitated buying this due to the cost, but super glad I did. Literally as soon as I got to Thailand I went to the 5G sim stand whilst waiting to collect my bags and grabbed a $45 sim for unlimited 5G for a month. Once they got the sim working in my phone I just popped it out and stuck into this router. It worked straight away with no setup at all. We have used it every day since, and I just leave in my bag whilst we're out an about so that our phones and devices just stay attached as we explore. Long battery life, usually leave plugged in as it's on 24/7

This is (or rather was) a great product. Neat, small hotspot that I was using with a Vodafone unlimited data SIM. After about a month of use though, it stopped working with my Samsung phone. Phone tells me connected with no Internet, but the hotspot is working with my tablet and laptop fine. Really don't know what to make of the issue. A reboot of both devices doesn't appear to fix the problem. Nor does "forgetting" and re-establishing the connection. Has somewhat reduced the usability of the product.

Easy set up, great output, been using for a week as our home WiFi, so connected to it constantly and it is fantastic. Can't wait to trial it on trips away. But is v portable and the 16 hour battery life is about spot on 👌

I have had this for more than six months. I took it to Asia, and used it in the hotel, I used it rather than the Hotel’s wifi. I had around ten devices connected at the same time. and had them on charge continuously throughout my stay. The device does get warm, but just keep other devices away from it, it does stop charging once it gets to a certain temperature. Moreover, the more devices connected the warmer it gets. If you get worried use a fans as a means to manage the temperature. But overall this is an amazing piece of kit.

In eerste instantie was ik een beetje sceptisch omdat de verpakking en ook de gebruiksaanwijzing in het Pools waren. Na het insteken van de nano-simkaart en het opstarten van de router kon ik echter bij de eerste ingebruikname de Engelse taal kiezen, wat voor mij geen probleem is. Het opstarten duurt steeds eventjes, maar dat is relatief. Ik denk een seconde of 20. Verder vond de router direct mijn aanbieder en liet zien dat ik 5G had. Ook het aanmelden van in mijn geval telefoons gaat gemakkelijk; QR code scannen en klaar. Iedereen had een goede ontvangst. Hierbij lag de router afgedekt in de middenconsole van de auto. De accuduur is ook zeer goed vind ik. Van vol naar ergens in de 70% bij een rit van meer dan 4 uur. Het enige waar ik nog niet helemaal uit ben is of je het apparaat kan laden tijdens gebruik. Het lijkt er in ieder geval op dat je de router niet kunt starten als deze aan de laadkabel hangt. Haal je de kabel eruit, dan wel en dan kun je de kabel er ook weer insteken. Maar of er dan wordt bijgeladen? Overall ben ik zeer tevreden.

Je viens de l'essayer, après l'ÉNORME déception subie avec le TP-Link 7450... Ce gadget est deux fois plus rapide, faisant le même test avec la même SIM 4G+ (c'est pas de la 5G, non. Pour l'instant... ). C'est vrai qu'il est compatible avec le WiFi6 802.11ax et cela me semble y être pour beaucoup... (TPLink 802.11ac seul), il est aussi IMMENSEMENT PLUS FACILE à configurer et seulement 3 minutes suffisent pour l'avoir il est configuré, connecté et fonctionne -écran tactile...!!! :) - .(attention, instructions en anglais! mais ils ne sont pas necessaire trop des instructions pour y comprendre). Si l'on ajoute que cet appareil dispose d'une batterie de 10000mAh, cela me semble génial. Ça me donne que bientôt je vais passer à un abonnement 5G.... Il vient avec un dongle pour y connecter un RJ45 au port USB-C (pas encore testé), cable USB-C et chargeur type telephone pour charge rapide. **Révision après 3 semaines** J'ai changé de SIM (SYMA 5G) et après avoir changé l'APN dans le portail du routeur (192.168.0.1 / mot de passe sur l'étiquette...!!!!!), il a commencé à fonctionner à une excellente vitesse, au même niveau de celui que mon mobile Samsung 5G me donne -environ 250Mo/s en descendant, 25Mo/s en montant- dans la même zone -dans d'autres zones, selon le réseau 5G, l'emplacement à l'intérieur/à l'extérieur de la maison, etc. peut donner plus ou moins-. Je considere qu'est plus que suffisent pour y travailler et même jouer. **update** Le dongle RJ45 - USB-C fonctionne bien avec cable attaché RJ45 (Cat.6a) au routeur. J'ai travaillé avec lui, une fois pendant 1 semaine non-stop (connected au prise secteur avec bloc USB-C) et il a marché bien sans problème). Très content de mon choix, je recommende.

Ottimo router 5G. Io lo uso con una sim Alpsim e devo dire che finora ha funzionato molto bene. L'unico problema è che la documentazione fornita è in Polacco, ma su internet di trova facilmente anche il manuale in Inglese. In ogni caso, una volta inserita la sim nel router la procedura di configurazione è molto rapida e nel mio caso non ha richiesto operazioni particolari.
