For my uses Global Healing Center's Organic Ashwagandha is spot on. People ask me how I stay positive when there is so much stress in life. Ashwagandha is key. I cycle taking it on and off. I call it my brain detox. We clean our bodies. We need to clean brains as well. The taste is a bit on the strong side. An ode to the strength. But to me not off putting. When stress is hitting hard. First please note the way anyone reacts to ashwagandha is different, but I am sold on it for sleep. I have a gastric sleeve and so absorb vitamins differently from most people. I also have not slept more than 4-5 hours a night for years. I recently started trying to find vitamins and supplements that did not have to digest or were protected from my smaller digestion. I have been using this product at night with encapsulated magnesium glycinate and for the first time in a long time have finally started sleeping again. No wake-ups and 7 hours of sleep. I am still totally shocked when I wake up and it is daylight outside. When I use this, I take it under my tongue so it bypasses my stomach. It tastes great, and for me the price is a great value for the money. I set it up on subscription now. It is effective, has no side effects like nausea, and tastes fine. I hope they keep making it.

If you like sweet then perfect, it's not that sweet but if you are someone that doesn't like the sweet taste then not the best option. The bottle is good quality. It does help me sleep better but might go with a different brand after this one.

I have anxiety and this really helps me to calm down, evens out my moods with no side effects. I take it at bedtime with magnesium and vitamin D. Helps me sleep through the night as well. Love it.
