First, let me say that I searched for a long time for a backpack that would also serve as a carry-on for an international trip and I am very happy with the bag. I didn't want to check a bag, so I had a rolling carry on and this backpack for a 10 day trip to England. I am an overpacker! I was able to bring exactly what I needed between these two bags. The backpack made it possible. I would not have had everything had it not been for this addition. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend this bag! I have a ton of Pros: Great price and honestly less expensive than some I've seen and is very good quality; Very roomy suitcase area with secure cross strap and it held my things in place; three separate areas for books, notebooks, pens, or computer; a place for the charger line to come through; two plastic zipper bags as a safe space for liquids; secure zipper area when wearing as a backpack; two handles for carrying upright or on its side; a place to hide the straps; a very sturdy strap to slide it over a carry-on handle; it was water resistant too; the zippers close up very well; the material does not feel cheap and is very sturdy. It is so pretty too! I packed this thing so full! If there is a con is that it gets heavy because it holds so much! haha! But! Because it slid EASILY onto my carry on suitcase, this was not a problem for me. I mainly carried it on my rolling suitcase, but when I wore it, it was very easy to adjust and did not sag. I can't carry a backpack for long because of issues with my shoulders, but it did sit on my back in a balanced way. Like I said, it adjusts easily with the straps up front. It is on the longer side, so if you want something short, this is not the one. The only thing I felt that was on the cheap side was the plastic zipper bags that came with it but that was because the zippers didn't feel very strong and it was a little tough to close them. The zippers on the bag itself are very strong and easy to open and close. Long of the short--I don't think you will regret buying this bag. I really think it is the perfect bag.

I have used this backpack/suitcase on several trips in various parts of the world. It is extremely well organized. You can use it as a comfortable backpack to go through airports when you have other things to carry. If it is your only piece of luggage, you can either carry it with the side handle or the one on the end. The straps for the backpack can be tucked away so they aren't flopping around. The compartments are well organized, with space for a laptop or tablet, plus pockets of varying sizes. It will fit under the seat in front of you if you don't overstuff it! The color is nice and you can remove spots easily. I have not yet tried to wash it, but that may happen after my next trip. Bottom line--it's one of the best pieces of travel equipment that I have! Well made, attractive, easy to use, and I get compliments on it frequently.

Big fan of this back pack! I’ve used it on two international flights as carryon , fits perfectly under the seat. Can hold a ton and has so many different pockets and compartments to organize easily. Id say it has a little more capacity than a normal backpack, but the way it unzips like a suitcase makes it easier to pack. The quality seems really nice, way better that i thought it would be at this price point. The shoulder straps are thick, padded and comfortable. You can loop it over the handle of a suitcase as well. Bought this on recommendation of my friend and I’m very happy with the purchase!

Good backpack overall but a few things to consider - the large inside pocket is spacious but difficult to get things in and out of on an airplane as you have to open the big zipper to reach anything and the outer pockets are too small for most items. Used for multiple airplane trips with kids and it held up nicely except for the material is very easily stained/scratched. Has water marks even after a good wash. Padding in back is great and no zippers or straps have broken. Great value for your money! I did use it for a solo trip as my only bag and it was perfect. Fit all my clothes and toiletries that I didn’t need while flying - while offering the outer pockets for electronics.

Love this bag. So many pockets for lots of storage. Stores very nicely under Southwest seats even with the bag stuffed to the brim. Love how it fits on the handle of my carry on. Like the fact that you can store the straps for the back so you do not have to deal with those unless you choose to use wear it as a back pack. Great quality and has a nice little opening so you can put a power bank in the bag and charge your phone on the outside. You could definitely pack for a short weekend trip in that bag. I used it as my personal item and did a carry on and it was great. There is a compartment made for a laptop and one that is kind for damp items or even cold items. The colors are also very nice and true to what they say they are. I bought 2 one in this teal color and one in olive. The olive green was a true olive green not like the other I had purchased and returned in order to buy this bags.

I bought this for my workbag to replace my messenger bag. I like all the pockets and storage it provides. I did have to put some Velcro on the inside smaller pockets, otherwise everything kept falling out. I did not like how it was packaged-folded in half, then in a plastic bag that was, very tightly, completely covered in packing tape. I was worried that cutting the tape would cut the bag, and then the backing of the backpack is permanently bent from being folded in half. Other than than, it's perfect for storing everything I bring to and from work, and keeps my hands free for other things.

Good first impression. Olive is darker than what showed on my screen but that's a good thing, it's actually a more sophisticated shade that works as a neutral for both men and women, fits with businesses casual. My first time trying a suitcase style bag and it does look easier to pack for personal item only travel than a Jansport or a top loading bag...both of which I have and used as my sole travel bag. Be sure to pack your over ear headphones at the top so you you just need to unzip a little to pull them out or put them back. This is not designed to grab a lot of things out of the bag during flight, though a computer or tablet are easy to get. I actually bought this for my son who needs to travel with two computers and and emergency change of clothes in his personal item, and not be too bulky. With two computers he is stuck taking them out for TSA anyways. The water bottle holder will fit a 40 oz yeti style bottle. For the price point, about $30 with coupon, it seems to be an excellent value. He will be taking it on a business trip along with a travel pro roll aboard in July.
