It does the job I have no issues of complaints about it. Cleaned my timberland boots beautifully as they were stained with tea.

Good Conditioner, Bad Container
Perfect for freshening up old fabric, picture shows left side conditioned right side not. Two things to note: the dabber doesn't release enough liquid at a time to use this effectively, better to just pull the dabber off and use the liquid with a lint free cloth or sponge. Secondly the foam on the dabber is white and leaves little white specs allover the fabric so again it's better to pull it off and use with a cloth.To summarise, contents of bottle good, bottle not so good.

Good product rubbish applicator
Forget the applicator it doesn't work, just twist it off and use a microfibre cloth (shake bottle first)I liberally applied it to a pair of my Wife's light tan ankle boots, they did go darker in places, however they dried after 10 minutes with no alteration of the boot colour

it works- poor applicator
Took a while for the fluid to penetrate the sponge as the bottle is too hard to squeeze. I used this on my black nubuck shoes with a suede trim. The white foam shed bits onto the suede.. used my suede brush to get it off. Not the easiest to apply with the applicator, but probably longer lasting compared to a spray. It seemed to improve the colour of the suede even though it's transparent. Finished the job with a weatherproof spray- different make, as ecco don't do the one I used to have and failed to deliver the one I ordered.

Good for keeping my walking boots soft; also works on non-suede / normal leather.
I've reproofed a couple of walking boots - one pair suede the other normal leather as I had this to hand.Both were softer and even the light tan colo(u)r leather didn't discolor.So - the 'fits as expected' thing....Well it doesn't really 'fit' anything (an over zealous auto-detect on the words "Unisex-Adult"?).

No instructions
There are no instructions with this product. It looks like it hasn’t worked, but then I may not be using it correctly - how would I know? So effectively I may as well not have bought it, making it a waste of money.
