I bought this for a top floor, sun exposed room. Its fabulous. A+ for Symphony's service. The fan was slightly tilted and was fixed the same day as the delivery. The 75 litres works for the whole day - I run it primarily during the day. The throw is excellent and it cools immediately. I like the idea of reducing my carbon footprint. its not very large and fits in an average sized room. Easy to use.

Amazon delivery partner kept my product without contacting me and in my absence. Later i came to know approx after 6 hrs that some parcel is kept at my door. As my flat is at second floor and product is big so i have to struggle to take it to my floor .when i opened box ,found invoice, warranty card and product manual is missing. During assembling front wheel is too loose as it coming out of its own and very difficult to fix both front wheel . wheel quality is also poor as very difficult to move after filling water. Product power cable is of poor quality as it has many popout bubbles. Price is too high for such poor quality product. It is too noisy. Switch is not of good quality.

Powerful cooler with good cooling capability. It is normal for biggers coolers to be a bit noisy so if that is ok with someone then they can go for it . Recommended.

I purchased the Symphony Jumbo 75 XL+ for around ₹7,400 after cashback, and it has been an absolute steal for the performance it delivers. Performance: For a small to medium-sized room, the cooling is superb. Recently, temperatures in Pune touched 39°C, and even then, I only needed to run it on "Medium" mode to stay comfortable. Most of the time, the "Low" mode is more than enough—I haven’t even had to touch the "High" setting yet! Capacity & Maintenance: The 75-liter tank capacity is excellent and provides great peace of mind. Although it can likely go longer, I prefer to refill it once every day to be on the safer side and keep the cooling fresh. It’s been working flawlessly with this routine. Verdict: If you are looking for a reliable, high-capacity desert cooler for a small or medium room, go for this model without a second thought. Highly recommended!

Very compact in size, up-down adjustment is not working properly. Too much noise from the motor/fan. Cooling system is also not working properly.

I purchased this cooler on 4th July, and it is still within the warranty period—the warranty month has not even been completed yet. However, the cooler has started making unusual noises and is throwing/pumping an excessive amount of water through the air outlet. I have tried contacting customer care several times, but they are not responding. They only redirected me to WhatsApp, where I shared all the required details, including the scanner/QR details and serial number, but I have still not received any response. I am not sure where to go or whom to contact regarding this issue. Since the product is still under warranty, I request you to please arrange a service visit or replacement/repair at the earliest. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a proper resolution.
