NH topping pectin is a setting agent for fruit pulp toppers, stuffing products, pastry toppings with undiluted fruits. The gel obtained is heat reversible, so it can withstand several successive gelling and degelling preserving its qualities and good fruit hold.

Best Pectin NH I've ever tried. The product is expensive, but this volume will be enough for me for two years))), I suppose. Delivery was only 4 days, and not as expected 2-3 weeks what made me especially happy! Thanks a lot!
