Ridory Womens Petticoat 1950s Vintage Skirts Crinoline Underskirt Slip Tutu

The petticoat fits great, arrived quickly and is going to be fine under my dress. But the color is not as described. I ordered the pink shown in the photo which looks much darker and more of a Coral hot pink... But the color I received is a baby pastel pink. It will still do the job, but it doesn't match my dress. Update, the seller reached out to try to help me with the color situation. I do not need to return it or get a refund as the petticoat works just fine and won't be seen with the dress I'm wearing it with. But I appreciate how attentive they are in making sure I'm happy. I just only wanted to share because if your buying a petticoat that will be seen, the color may be different so just take note. But it works great and is comfortable so I'm happy with it either way.

Review from my wife:I love this, the netting is a lot more durable than the Grace Karin petticoat's I purchased. Both of those ripped on one wear. This I have worn many times and so far no rips.😁😁It's not a very full petticoat like the Grace Karin, but once again netting has lasted with more than ten wears.Now the slip underneath is small and tore on my first wear. The width should be larger than it was made-unless I have a longer gaite than others. I did contact the company and they sent me a replacement and it had the same issue. That was so nice of them to send another! I did find that the top part of the skirt fit better than the first, but it wasn't that noticable of a better fit.So the positive is that they are the same no matter which you get- which is good for anyone purchasing one and wondering if the others will be the same.😁 Sometimes "Made in China" things are not the same, a skirt size can vary even though they say the same size.All in all after I alter the under skirt I am pretty satisfied with this. Because I have to fix it I am going to give it a four stars rating.I am possibly interested in getting a white and the dark navy one.UPDATE: I did get a white one, same issues, it seems the white one is filler than the black one I purchased. But I still love them!

Just the right amount of volume in this petticoat! Debated whether or not to get two in case it wasn't flouncy enough, but it really was just right. Wore as an underskirt to a retro Rockabilly dress for a couple of Halloween events. Color (red) as pictured. Fit well, not scratchy, although a balloon popped on the slip during a game. Wore waist band just under bustline to get the desired length. Stayed in place without having to readjust. For reference it was worn by a 5' 3" size 6-8 teen. Looked great! Quality about what you'd expect. Due to the material we'll care for this slip as we would any "delicate" garment.

When the package are I did not have high hopes. It was awkwardly folded up in a small plastic bag and just didn’t look like it was going to work. After shaking it out and letting it hang for a couple of days the wrinkles fell out and it softened up.It is absolutely perfect for retro skirts. My only complaint, and it’s no one‘s fault, is that it’s kind of long. But I am fairly short and will probably just hem it up at the waist to shorten it up a little.

I bought a black, size 14-16, of this crinoline underskirt, and am very pleased with the fit and the quality. The waistband and hip portion is well constructed with stretchy fabric that fits smoothly. The waistband does not roll and is comfortable. The crinoline is compressed in shipment but puffs out after being hung up for a couple of days. The skirt is two layers of ruffled crinoline with a narrower polyester lining skirt. The lining is not too tight. I examined the ruffled gathers and could not find any problems in the construction, which is unusual for such an inexpensive item. I am 5'2" and the skirt hits upper calf on me, about 3 inches below knee. The stretchy upper part can be rolled up on the waist so that the crinoline starts higher up on the waist if desired, though of course the petticoat will be shorter then (on me, falls just above the knee if I roll up the waist). Overall, for $14, I am extremely happy with this underskirt. I might have just gotten lucky, but hopefully this company has a good quality control system so that all the products will be of similar quality. I searched for DAYS through all the reviews for similar petticoats and am glad that I settled on this one - I do think it is the best for the price point.

It came in so wrinkled it took four days of airtime to fluff it up. It is beautiful color dark bold. My only complaint is it is not as fluffy as the photo. It takes two to look this full.

For the price, this is actually a really good deal. There's a slip built into it so it's not itchy at all. I have no idea what others were complaining about the slip part being too tight - I didn't have any problems with that. I'm a size 4/27 inch waist and I bought a small. It fits OK, but I'd like it better if it were a tad smaller. A wider waistband would also make it more comfortable. Overall, it's definitely worth the money.

The fluffy part of this is a bit scratchier than I thought it would be but other than that this is a great piece.
