OMG!!!! This was one of the Best purchases for myself EVER!!! Who needs Yoga to relax? The Yoga remark is exactly what I thought of when all was said and done! I could not believe how totally relaxed and calm I felt and this was my first experience. Of course, I had many, many, many little O's and Oh Yeah, the BIG ONE was HEAVEN! I had no idea that this little rabbit could Create Such Wonderful Explosions of All That is Good! I am a grandmother older than 60, fairly newly divorced and so under utilized in this department. And, I don't do Yoga but Pilates instead and I take Bio-dentical Hormones and they make me feel like an 18 year old. But it is so much better at this age!I had no idea how to work it but its not complicated! And it is FUN!!!!!!!!!!! The box said there was a website with ideas but I could not find it.
