Writing (paint) fades a big after some months
This is a wonderful gift for a Christian. The colour of the necklace/chain has not changed since I bought this. I have had this for about 6 months now. However the necklace is long for me as i am a woman. It reaches my belly when i am wearing it and i am 5'5". I am a little ok with the length but it could have been shorter. It does not irritate my skin even though i have sensitive skin. The pendant is not thin so its difficult for it to bend. Seems quite durable. He pendant is usually on clothing so i can't say if it will irritate your skin. This hecklace and pendant don't feel heavy around my neck and i wear it all day. The downside is having the american flag printed on it. So i keep that part on my skin and have the shield, belt and so shown. It would be nice if persons can get this with the country flag of fheir choice and if its not possible, put something else on the side where the american flag is. Not everyone who wants one is an american. I am not an american nor live in america. The paint on the writing has faded after a while a bit so you have to look very closely to see what is written. The writing is of metal and there is paint over it to bring put the writing Despite, it is a good gift and item that christians can have. It us a great reminder that we shold Armor up and clothe with the Word of God. I wear it daily. I have never showered with it so i can't way how it would react with water
