I bought this chair for my son to replace an old one from 2018 that was literally falling apart. He spends a lot of time at his desk for both gaming and video editing, so comfort and durability were my top priorities. The Pros: Comfort: The padding is very thick and supportive. Ergonomics: The lumbar support and extra pillows make a huge difference for long sessions. Build Quality: It feels sturdy and is clearly made of high-quality materials. Customer Service: When we unboxed it, we noticed one of the adjustment paddles had snapped off due to some rough handling during shipping (the box was damaged in that exact spot). I contacted the company through Amazon, and they were fantastic—they had the replacement parts at our door within a week. Overall, this chair was well worth the money. Great product, even better service!

This chair is everything and more. It is simple to put together and looks so nice and high quality. The features are all convenient and the sound quality is phenomenal. It’s comfy to sit and play for hours while offering plenty of back and neck support, the multiple position recline is the best to allow to adjust to the perfect position. Worth every cent and would buy again

When I'm editing or just web browsing this chair becomes my sleeping cheer cuz when I tired but I don't want to go to my bed just yet this is a pretty comfortable chair to sleep in

Gaming chair is nice to look at but horribly uncomfortable! I purchased this Gaming chair 2 months ago and i first notice after putting it together that the seat cushion was very flat. I went back and look at the pictures and in no way does the seat cushion match the pictures on amazon. I am extremely disappointed with how hard the seat is...I had to order a seat cushion to add to it because after 30 minutes of sitting i would have to stand up and take a break. I would have shipped it back if it was easier to take apart and box back up. Unless you purchase this for a child's desk....I would look at other gaming chairs. Two stars only because the chair is nice looking.
