I am facing perimenopause head on by decreasing my carb intake and loading as much protein as possible. And I can't eat gluten. So when I found out about this mix, I was super excited but also cautious because I can't stomach protein powders anymore, nor any protein pastry tasting like protein powders, after so many years of forcing myself to drink/eat them. I was really worried that this will taste just like that, but alas, I was wrong, and how grateful I am for that!This stuff tastes amazing. Now mind you, I am also on Tirzepatide and my taste buds are a bit skewed, things that are sweet, I taste ten times sweeter. That being said, I was blown by how lovely it was, just like "real" pancakes. I topped them with some yogurt and berries for a massive protein load! I couldn't wish for more and I will be trying all of them ASAP, hoping it will be a staple at my home. They were fluffy, done fast, and for virtually no carbs? Yesss, please.

I have POTS and gluten causes me to have an episode, so finding a good protein source that allows me to enjoy breakfast and not get a flare up is amazing to me! I love the taste! I add a little bit of vanilla and cinnamon to mine and then top it with organic honey instead of maple syrup and it’s so good! Also a good pre workout snack!! Also to those who can’t have toast and miss pbj, you can do the same with making a pancake and having it like that! It’s so good and definitely recommend!

These are delicious! I took off one star because of the price; it's twice as much as most other brands out there! But yes, the pumpkin pancakes are awesome! If you like all things pumpkin: pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread. etc,..you will enjoy these pancakes. (They don't bubble up when you cook them like regular pancakes do, so you'll want to pay close attention the first time you cook them so you don't burn them.) The extra protein boost is a plus!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I tried it out as pancakes and waffles and loved the flavor both ways! Definitely try it as a waffle! The pancakes came out on the dense side, but the waffles came out nice and airy AND if you’re not able to eat it all, they heat up nicely the next day! I am a bariatric patient and this was a delicious treat! For me, I was able to make 2 mini waffles or 3 pancakes out of one serving mixture.

Better than most but very dry. It makes you want more syrup or some sort of topping. After 1 you really don’t want another. I guess that’s good for weight loss but it doesn’t give you enough protein. Also it doesn’t taste too much like cinnamon. I love cinnamon and wanted more of the flavor so I made a topping of high protein green yogurt + maple syrup + cinnamon whipped it and put it on top and it helped with the overall taste and dryness.I wouldn’t buy it again. There are some great diy recipes out there that come out much better.

Makes some real good pancakes not home made but are real good

Horrible quality control. This is how I received mine after waiting a long time to get it. Then they play games refunding me. This is a non refundable item even if it comes damaged and you can’t use it as you can see in my picture below. It’s expensive too. Not worth the money when I can make my own. Hopefully I get my money back. I feel like I was ripped off. They didn’t seal the bag correctly and it caused a huge mess when I opened the bag Amazon shipped it in.
