So, these laundry liquids arrived out of date since July (bought in september). Not a good start. I then noticed how light all three bottles were for "500ml" , decided to weigh one without the cap off and it was barely 200g.. Amazon thankfully refunded me , but I really wanted to give the product a chance and understand what had happened. I messaged the seller wanting to know what could have happened the product on 23/9/24 and no response still on 28/9/24. I'm guessing they've chosen to ignore the message. It's strange that they wont even offer a response.I was not asking for another product , simply wanting to understand to see if it was worth trying to buy the item again, but now im 100% put off.Upon further research on their trustpilot reviews, I came across someone saying that the product actually evaporates THROUGH the bottle (because the bottles paper). That honestly would explain the lack of liquid and thick goo paste consistency of the liquid , when I did open it to check what the inside was like.I'm disappointed the company hadn't the decency to get back to my query , because the vast majority all other small businesses i've dealt with to date have had really great customer service, or at the bare minimum respond. Not to mention the scent I ordered is pretty unpleasent... reminds me of those chemicals used for carvan septic tanks.. 🤢I enjoy buying environmentally friendly products that are good for both me and the planet, but I expect functional products.I noticed also when i checked inside the wooden cap that inside one was black dust..reminscent of mold, and inside another cap was strange green stuff almost like a type of mold or plant ?All in all im pretty horrified by this product which I genuinely thought could be my new go to laundry liquid. Anyway I went elsewhere to purchase after this escapade and I'm glad I did.I've thrown out the product without using it , for fear of what state it was in, given what I did see/notice without using it.
