It was firmly bundled on my knee during exercise and I even sleep with it.I noticed that this product has something different.It has a Non-slip silicone strip on the top of the ring.I think it worked.I chose it according the seller's size chart,I think it is very accurate,It helped.

Please check chart to select your size. We suggest you do not choose a size based on your height and weight. You need to determine the size based on the calf circumference 6 inches above your kneecap. (This is the most accurate.)
This brace runs large, So for best fit we advise you to buy a smaller size If you are at the intersection of two sizes.
Thigh's circumference 6" above your knee-cap：

S: 17.1"-18.1" (44cm-46cm)
M: 18.5"-19.3" (47cm-49cm)
L : 19.3"-20.1" (49cm-51cm)
XL: 20.1"-21.6" (51cm-55cm)
XXL: 21.6"-22.8" (55cm-58cm)
XXXL: 22.8"-24.6" (58cm-62cm)
