One of the few hydration mixes that has more potassium than sodium (2x). It’s also hard to find hydration mixes without artificial sweeteners and artificial colors. That’s where this one is different from the others. The only downside to the raspberry lemonade is that it does taste too sweet. I counter this by adding powdered lemonade or lemon juice. Then I think it tastes great.

These electrolytes have the highest concentration of several competitors. I checked the nutrition labels. It is a bit salty, but still very tasty even with the stevia. It has stopped my leg cramps and allowed me to do intense workouts. You do have to start mixing with warm water to dissolve faster, but just add cool water as you fill your cup. I do triathlons and can attest to their effectiveness during high intensity activities.. These electrolytes are superior to anything else I've used. See image above for comparison.

THis hydration power was great. The taste was not too sweet and did not taste like Stevia. I felt refreshed while I was drinking it. I would definitely purchase again. You do need to shake real good to dissolve, but Im super happy with my purchase.

Excellent product as far as good for the body and you will definitely notice a difference between other electrolyte powders that do not deliver the proper amount of electrolytes. You will feel the difference. Other products derive their electrolytes synthetically in a lab, these guys derived electrolytes from natural sources, which is bioavailable and healthy. The only downside to this product is they need to work on their flavor profile as it is not to tasty, takes some getting used to. Also the powder does not dissolve well in water. It takes quite a bit of shaking and time to dissolve it properly in the water.

I tried many hydration powders and drinks over the years and Dr. Berg Sports Hydration is hands down the best. It has the most magnesium, sodium and potassium than most hydration products. I’m 57 and I play basketball twice a week so it is essential that I get all the hydration I can. Dr. Berg Sports Hydration in my opinion is the BEST value for hydration, workout efficiency and I feel great after I consume it.

I like the distribution/profile of the electrolytes compared to say LMNT. This puts an emphasis on potassium rather than sodium. We get plenty of sodium from other sources but really need potassium. This product keeps me hydrated and feeling great. I gave it 3 stars because I do not like the taste and often end up adding some cherry Mio to it.

Probably the best, cleanest option available for heavy duty sports hydration. Does the job and tastes ok (very base) quick-mixed into 16oz water bottle, but I do like it best with some lemon juice and coconut water. My only complaint is the Stevia additive, I hate replacement sweeteners and there is no performance reason for it. UPDATE: After long term use upgrading this to 5 stars! Changed from 16oz to 32oz sports bottle per packet and drink right before and during intense exercise. I think this would resolve a lot of complaints about taste and dilution for most people. Having used it that way consistently really primes my body into ready-to-go mode and I do think my output is up and more consistent throughout 2-3 hours I'm on the court. LOVE IT.
