Not one for the Brits!
Really disappointed with this as it’s just no use to the British market. Recipes are not proper scratch cooking just shop brought sauces etc and ingredients commonly found stateside.Amazon were very good about giving me a refund however.

A lot of the recipes are for 6-12 people, even reducing quantities, these are not much use to me

Very nice book with some interesting recipes but I would have liked at least some graphics. Images of meals etc.
