I purchased these carpet tiles for an upstairs hallway. Besides going around the stairwell, I had 4 doorways to deal with, but these were so easy to put down! I found the best way to cut them was to mark the bottom and use a metal straight edge and sharp box cutter. It made a nice, clean cut. They adhere very well. When laying the tiles next to each other, I found it worked best to slightly pull up the edge of the one that was already installed and then press the two down together. This kept the carpet fibers from getting caught in between or underneath the two tiles, and therefore I cannot see any lines. The only thing I might recommend is to order one or two boxes more than you think you will need. When I measured, I measured the whole room and ordered the amount I should have needed for that area. I did not deduct anything for the stairwell, which is about a 35" x 80" area. With that large of an area where no carpet was needed, I figured I would have enough carpet left over to put in the small 24" x 40" closet, but I used every last square for the hallway floor and all I have left are a bunch of narrow strips from around the edges. Nothing I can use in the closet. I have put down carpet in rooms before. I would say it is more time consuming to put down the tiles than a full carpet, but it was a lot easier than wrestling with a large piece of carpet when I'm all by myself. And much easier dealing with 18 inches than with 8 feet (or 18) feet when the walls are not square! Overall, I am very happy with these tiles and would definitely order them again if I had any more carpeting to do.

I bought these to apply to my tile floor because our dog is getting old and slides in the floor. I decided to move them to another spot but the adhesive stuck to the floor and I had to scrub it off (it’s already pre-applied). Also, the carpet fibers kept coming out, and there were plastic strings peeling off the sides and I was afraid my cats would choke on them. They should have a silicone backing like the ones on my steps. You can remove them to clean underneath, and then put them back. These are not like that. Once you apply them, you cannot move them unless uou want a big mess on your hands, and then you can’t reuse them.

It was very easy to install. The room was not even, and cutting the tiles was easy. I did this myself, and you hardly notice any seams. It’s soft, and comfortable to walk on. I got these for my twin nephew’s room, because their prior flooring was nasty. It stuck beautifully to the subfloor that I had previously primed. Highly recommend!!

They have a good look about them. Parts of the shag seems to be coming loose. Do not trust the stickyness of the glue on the back. You will have to use linoleum glue. If you do not the rugs will not stay put.

These were the best purchase for diy carpet, very easy to do, seamless and fluffy, adhesive strips are great but added extra to be sure they wouldn't move. Saw reviews of others saying they had seams, pretty sure those who did have seams didn't pay attention to what they were doing, there are arrows on the back of each tile. Be sure to pay attention to those arrows and have them all go the same direction and you will have no seams. Extremely satisfied with the quality of these and would purchase again for another room.

This is a life saver. My dogs chewed the corner of my carpet in my apartment and this was a perfect fix. I just cut off the excess chewed up carpet and measured and cut the new piece to fit which was super easy. It has lasted since I installed it a few months ago and has withstood me vacuuming. If your looking for a easy fix this is it!

Great and easy to use

Love these carpet tiles. Fast and ez install in our basement. We installed them on a osb subfloor and we had the room done in just a few hours. Looks great and feels great. We had a leak in our basement resulting is some of the tiles to get soaked. Peeled them up, let everything dry out and the adhesive was still sticky enough to reapply. And because of bad luck it happened again in the same spot. Peel, dry and this time I added spray glue to ensure they stay down. Will buy these again and definitely recommend. Great for people still a little cautious letting people in there house due to Covid. Try there samples, stick them down and beat the hell out of them you’ll be impressed, I was.

We are renovating our basement, concrete floors that are not even. Wanted to warm up the space without spending a ton, this will be our entertaining area so if someone spills a drink the thought of pulling up a tile and replacing was a big consideration. Didn't know they had carpet tiles that were a bit plush so thought I would give this a try in my office before ordering the balance for the rec room. Have had them for approx 6 months now and very happy!! Easy to install, stuck very well to the concrete (washed well first) and you don't see any lines so can't tell it's tiles. I was concerned when I vacummed that the tile would get sucked up and nope....no issues. I plan to reoder more to finish the basement to match.
