This is a good product. I use it in my bedroom, which is about 100 ft.² and it does a great job. Previously, I’ve only ever had little table top humidifiers and of course had to refill them like every day or every two days so I feel spoiled by the fact that this one needs to be filled for less. I filled it to the max which is 8 L and it has lasted a week and I run it high every night. I love the remote feature. It is very quiet. I have not tried the essential oil reservoir in the back, but I do plan to do that. I have been using distilled water because I have hard water so I do want to avoid any buildup, but I don’t think that’s necessary if you have a water filtration system or you don’t have hard water. So overall, I highly recommend it. It does not take up a lot of space. It’s very easy to fill. You can bring the water to the humidifier or you can take the top off and take the water reservoir to the sink and fill it.I included a picture and a video. I’m not sure how well you can hear in the video how quiet it is and I have it at the setting that I normally have it at when I sleep, which is three that’s the highest level that you can have it and I have it at 55% humidity which works well in my room it doesn’t leave any wet and I don’t wake up in the morning with dry throat or nasal passages. I’ve also noticed it has helped my skin feel more hydrated.

Works amazing! I was not sure what to think about this when I got it as it was not as big as I thought it would be. It is much bigger than any I have ever had, but thought to hold 2.1 gallons it would be taller. I have it on my fireplace ledge so it is about 8-10" taller than if it was on the floor. The top lid opens to pour water in with a pitcher easy and makes refilling this easy. The having to take a thing off and carry the tank to a sink to fill it go old. I have had to do that on maybe a dozen other models in the past. I once ordered one that had top fill but it did not have a large tank and was short and I just did not like it. This model is nice in that it is easy to refill and has no way for light to get in and a UV light so I think that will help keep it cleaner. I am running mine non stop on high speed and it will go from the top to bottom fill line in about 24 hours, although there is more water space below the fill line, so it could keep going longer. I like the fill line on the front so I can see how much water is in it and that I can run it 24 hours easy. I just refill it each morning. I also like that on the high speed, while on the 8-10" ledge of my fire place, the mist does not hit the floor on high. It is being absorbed into the air before it gets that low. I had another model that was tall too, but small tank and had to take the top off and fill the tank and was a hassle, but it also could not do high speed as the mist would fall to the ground and hit the floor. I don't want it on my wood floors. I have so far just one of these but thought about buying another one for my bedroom, but am still using a old in my bedroom. Simply as it is easier there to fill it each night from the bathroom sink with the tank. I would have to keep a pitcher in my bedroom to refill this. So for now I am just using it in the main room downstairs. The humidity is by my gauges 24 or 27% right now and the heat has been running a lot, as it is 6 degrees outside. Another room has 22% and is far away and has nothing running in it. The main room I am in has no doors so the air flows in the entire home. If the room I was in was enclosed, I am guessing the humidity would be higher. My home is about 2800 sq ft I believe. The main room flows to maybe half or more of that. If I was to put one of these in the other room it may help as well, but I feel comfortable with it in the room I use mostly and have not had any issues with my nose feeling dry in the room it runs in. When it is not cold out and or rains the humidity level in here goes to around 40-50%.

I love almost everything about the design and functionality of this humidifier:We bought a hygrometer in addition to this humidifier to allow us to monitor the temperature/humidity levels from our smartphones, and although the hygrometer and the display on this humidifier haven't always been a 100% match, they've always both been so similar that I do feel that the humidifier's display is accurate enough overall.I especially love the fact that this humidifier shuts off if it reaches its pre-programmed humidity level and/or runs out of water, so I feel very comfortable leaving it unattended.The top-fill option is easy to use, but it's nice that you can also remove the upper section and pour water directly into the tank to fill it faster.The LED self-cleaning option and clay filter in the top level are both very nice features to minimize cleaning and prolong the lifespan of the unit itself.I like that this seller offered both black and white color options (vs. only white like many others), because I personally feel that the black one is classier looking and also less likely to show dirt or scuff marks over time.I like the large capacity (2 gallons) because even though I've personally had to add water almost daily because I live in AZ which is such a dry climate, that would be even worse with a smaller tank.My prior experiences with portable humidifiers has always been that they're leaky/drippy and need to have something like a tablecloth or towel under them to protect the surrounding area, but this one is nothing like those. The mist feels like a cold breeze vs. "wet" even at the highest setting, and the humidifier doesn't leak at all.Unfortunately, since AZ is so dry, we rarely manage to reach even the lowest 40% humidity level unless we crank the mist output up to level 2-3, but then we end up using about a gallon of distilled water a day and/or having the humidifier shut off because it runs out of water. Also, it can be difficult to see the water level in the clear/display section on the front of this unit due to the lighting in the room where we use our humidifier.Both of those concerns are due to our specific environment and absolutely NOT design flaws of the humidifier itself, but I do think that we'll need to invest in a whole-home humidifier in the future that can be connected to our home water lines, because I can already see that this option will be impractical and overly expensive to use long-term.However, for anyone needing a humidifier for a less "desert" climate or a smaller space, I genuinely believe that this one would be absolutely perfect.

When I first got the humidifier I was very pleased with the way it worked. It is quiet and did a good job maintaining the right amount of humidity but the lighting in my bedroom is low and when I was filling the tank 3 days ago I overfilled the tank and it ran over. I cleaned up the mess, let it dry out and the humidifier will not longer work at all. It will not even show a power indicator. One would think that an appliance thats primary purpose is to handle water would be much more water resistant itself. I am very disappointed. I received the humidifier on April 1st and it died on April 19th!!

The product works great and has a good mist output, but the only issue I have experienced is after running the humidifier for an extended period of time it leaves a white residue on everything. I believe this residue is coming from the ceramic pearl filter. I would recommend taking out the pearls before using.

I loved this humidifier at first. I use it for my small 1 bdrm apartment. I tend to run it at night, unless it's really dry. I noticed the UV light wasn't working anymore, it happened a few months ago, I just forgot about it.I couldn't find a company website nor a customer service phone number. There was an email address listed on the owner manual that came with the unit. I wrote them an email about the broken UV light along with my order number.Honestly, I wasn't expecting a response. I have emailed other companies for items that I have purchased from Amazon, that broke and was still under warranty. I actually got response within hours!! They were willing to give me a $30 refund to compensate for the UV not working or they can send me a replacement humidifier top. I replied that I would like to get a replacement top since I really like this humidifier and the only issue I had was the UV light. Again, I got a prompt response from Honovos that they will send me a replacement and that I should get it within 3-5 business days. There was an issue with shipping and the company emailed me to let me know that it was going to be a few days late and provided me with a UPS tracking number.Wow! A company that actually honors the manufacturer warranty and promptly responded to an email and followed up with me about a delay shipping and once I did get the replacement, they wanted to make sure I was happy and id there was anything else they could do for me. Again, I am impressed at the level of customer service they provided. This is what customer service used to be like; and it's sad that when you actually get excellent customer service, with a prompt response to your problem you are genuinely surprised. I can not stress enough how awesome they were. They have a customer for life.

Heat in my home during winter months keeps humidity pretty low (25-29%) .. very bad for my guitars. This humidifier works very well. Been using for several (cold winter) months now and brings Humidity up to about 45%. Blends right in next to fireplace, super easy to fill and holds about 2 days worth of water at a time. I like the large reservoir and the easy to read gauge on the front to watch as you are filling. I especially like that it is super quiet and works so well. My Guitars are much happier! Would highly recommend.

Oversold in terms of working for a large room. Our bedroom is quite large I would guess around 500sq ft and the dryness has been intense this time of year like 24%. Overnight with the door closed with the settings maxed out it only moved it from 24% to 28% which is better than nothing but not enough to significantly improve the dry air in a large space. Overall design is nice, it’s silent, working well, nice to be able to add essential oils just not really doing much for a large room. I don’t notice much of a nightlight factor either I think that just illuminates the water tank.
