I bought the ps4 to keep at my house for my grandchildren and there have been no problems with it. Fast service and well packaged. Would recommend.

Superb value pre owned item

Only negative is that I would recommend that the instructions be in English to set it up. Not everyone speaks Italian. Had to use a translator app to understand what it said. Came really quickly and altogether. No missing pieces and live playing on it

Delivery took 6 days, all items very clean and well packaged. Initial test of PS4 boot was fine, however controller was dead, would not charge. A friend tried the controller on his PS4, still not charging. Swop to known good USB charge cable, no better, tried controller reset button, no better. Friends controller and cable worked fine on this PS4. Looked at Amazon returns procedure (Repackage everything and return for refund, but no option to replace defective controller alone ?) . So rather than repeat whole procedure, purchased new controller £20 from Amazon, worked fine no problems

Good price and good gaming console

Was supposed to be gift for child. All the manuals were in Scandanavian languages only. Extremely poor customer support from Amazon, who initially told us we should print manuals out ouselves on printer paper or get in touch with Sony ourselves and try to get one from them. Amazon emailed some English instructions but as it turned out, the colsole didn't work anyway and won't even let us finish the set up. This is the third faulty or damaged product we gave been sent recently. I'm in a wheelchair and getting faulty products to the post office to be returned to you is not easy for me. I shall now be shopping elsewhere instead.

Got this for when the grandkids come over. Delivery was great and condition looks like new.

I bought this because my old PS4 (the original model) had become extremely loud despite cleaning and buying external cooling fans, it was deafening and would make my ears ring after a short use, it would also frequently overheat and shut down. The 'new' one came a day early and the transfer of my old data was easy and quite fast, when first used I thought I had gone deaf due to how quiet it was, am now enjoying call of duty vanguard with no deafening fan noise, no need to increase the volume on my TV in order to hear the game above the jet engine preparing to take off noise. very pleased and recommend the seller.

E' una PlayStation 4, nient'altro da aggiungere. Di recensioni e pareri ce ne sono anche troppi in giro, non occorre di certo aggiungere informazioni inutili! Se però devo dire la mia, inizio precisando che l'ho comprata in offerta a 200€ poco prima della gaming week, con in testa l'idea di giocare solo a FFXV (...e un giorno a FFVII remake!). Da persona (ahimè) ormai adulta, con pochissimo tempo libero e "casual gamer", ho voluto concedermi questo sfizio. Sui giochi non mi dilungo, inutile davvero parlarne...A ciascuno il suo! Ma parlando squisitamente di hardware, in realtà, per quella cifra irrisoria penso di aver comprato: - Una macchina da gioco potente, ancora attuale, con molte esclusive; - Un lettore BD; - Un Hdd da 500 GB; - Un Joypad bluetooth avanzato con svariate funzioni, con una batteria che dura parecchio; - Un cavo HDMI, Un cavo USB-micro USB, un auricolare con microfono; - ...Tutto l'hardware della Play (RAM, APU, alimentatore...)! Sembrerà stupido questo elenco, ma mi fa pensare a come per un prezzo "popolare" si può avere una macchina straordinaria, piena di features. Se si pensa ai singoli componenti hardware, sembra quasi un furto... Inoltre questa variante "D" è discreta, elegante e leggera, abbastanza silenziosa, supporta l'HDR, ha l'alimentatore integrato e non scalda e consuma tantissimo. Insomma, un acquisto che vale ogni centesimo già se rimaniamo solo nell'ambito della macchina in sè. Se aggiungiamo poi i giochi, l'ecosistema, la dashboard, i servizi online, le funzioni software aggiuntive e di condivisione, il riproduttore multimediale...Da niubbo, fino ad ora ne sono davvero entusiasta. Unico difetto che ho trovato e che mi ha fatto arrabbiare parecchio, è il fatto che non sia supportato il profilo audio bluetooth, quindi niente cuffie bluetooth... Davvero un peccato.
