95" long? I'm only 69" tall

To be a poncho it is folded in half. So it hangs only 47.5 in long. It can be opened up and used as a tarp, then it is 95 in long. It's built like a military issue poncho.

You can definitely use the poncho as a rain tarp, there are 4 gromets in total :) It is made of 210T high-density PU3000MM coated polyester which is tear-resistant and extremely durable!
