Will this shampoo give my blonde hair a purple hue?

Nope just toned it and more of an Ashe... no yellow tone.. I only use once a week

Somebody knows if this is better than the Amika purple shampoo?

I've never used an Amika product. A friend of mine uses Amika purple shampoo and is quite please with it. I use Oligo Blacklight once a week as recommended by my stylist and I like the results. TheOligo shampoo as well as the conditioner is thick and rinse out well. Just make sure when your order through Amazon, your item is fulfilled and shipped through Amazon. Sometimes ordering through third parties leave you open for counterfeit items.

Not for gray hair. But Oribe has a great line for gray/silver hair
