Great for Better Sleep and Digestion
I’ve had a really good experience with this product. It helps me relax and fall asleep more easily, and I wake up feeling much more refreshed in the morning. This is a very good product. It is a chewable tablets which contains Melatonin and really helps in improving sleep and really feel the freshness in the morning. It has a minty taste. It is really value for money.

It is working for sound sleep. I used one tablet in the night but it is causing headache the next morning so I took half tablet only and no headache later. I think half is sufficient but it may vary for others according to their body. Taste is nice and easy to consume. Useful for insomnia temporarily
