I guess it works for plants
I bought this specifically to hang plants out of. First of all it won't hold very heavy plants at all. Second of all the plant holders slide off. I was able to put zip ties on the rods to hold the plant holders in place. Took me a while to figure this out including having a couple of plants slide off and crashed to the floor to make a huge mess. All in all it somewhat works for plants but only very lightweight plants.
