Does anything think that this would fit a child or not? Thanks

In my opinion, it fit for little girl also

is the blue like topaz blue colored?

the picture and how it looks in real life are very close

Is this bracelet an aquamarine color or something else?

Pretty much same color as in the picture

I purchased the fairy tale braclet, how do you open th?e latch or adjust it

I didn't review this specific bracelet but I'm familiar with the type of latch. One side of the latch is hinged (you can see which from the underside) , the other side is the part you open by placing a fingernail under the lipped edge & lifting upwards (away from the bracelet). The bracelet doesn't appear to be adjustable but that will open the latch. I hope this helps.
