Would this be able to fill inks

no, it would leak trying to fill something that is that thin (viscosity is major in this.. the front seal leaks with thinner liquids)

what is diameter of filling tube?

Not sure exact numbers but it is smaller than the diameter of a pencil more like a straw lol hope that helps somewhat

Can you fill 12 fl oz, 8 fl oz and 4 fl oz bottles with it? Im confused with filling range that says 5-50ml, ML?

I do 8 fl oz and 4 fl oz bottles without any troubles at all. the 5-50ml is talking about the single pull of the lever, you're going to be using it like a hand pump the larger the bottles your using.

Works great. Accurate and a great value.

Large reservoir above metering pump keeps bubbles from reaching pump. Filler is heat resistant and can be used in an oven for molten liquids.

Great for my lotions!

I use this item for lotions for my bath / soap shop I have. It dispenses thick and thin creams beautifully. Please note, it will arrive with the need to be deep cleaned from manufacturing - it will place a dark grease like product in your product if not cleaned properly. I spent a lot of elbow grease taking off all reside. Mineral spirits was key to going deep because as soon as I thought i had it it was still showing up in my product. It is easy to assemble and disassemble and you need to disassemble and do the thorough cleaning. I've now used it on numerous occasions and no more reside. It is amazing and has made my life so much easier. I run out of my lotion so quickly that this is a life saver!
