My usual oil of oregano tincture is 87% carvacrol so this works well for me. It's right in line with what my body is used to so there is not issue with it. I generally put a couple of drops on the soles of my feet each day as this oil tends to absorb nicely this way and doesn't interfere with any other tinctures or supplements I take by mouth. It's a nice even, slow way for the oil to enter the body. This is made in Turkey and distributed out of Illinois. Each oil smells a bit different due to the region it was grown in and this smells a bit milder than most as the carrier oil is olive oil. I like it.
