Ordered this clapboards for some video projects I've worked on. This boards work with some modifications. First the markers that come with these boards do not erase very well. Easy way to fix that is gaff tape for the production info and smooth duct tape for the scene and take with dry erase markers. Second adding a paracord handle to the back so you don't touch the dry erase on tape.Overall, these clapboards did their jobs for the productions.

I ordered these for the few projects I do out in the field when I am using a multiple camera setup. The quality is mediocre. I liked having two styles but for the price, I would rather have had one item of better build quality. They are a bit flimsy. They do the job they were meant to do, but I don’t know how long these will last after regular use outside or in the studio, especially if you are throwing them in with your gear and traveling a lot. The dry erase feature wasn’t very good which renders these almost useless. I put some clear tape over it and used my own dry erase marker.

I was helping with a children's play, and picked this up to add some character to a character. Yes, the ink has a tendency to set, but you can power it off with a little time and effort. I prefer the black board because chalk comes right off when you need to clean it. Yes, the "clack" sounds just fine!

I love these clapboards. My kids and grandkids love to pretend to make movie scenes. These clapboards will provide hours of entertainment at parties or outings. We love to make up movie scenes and have some on clap it in with a big "action" from the faux director. The boards are well made and one is actually a whiteboard that can be written on and erased. Overall, these are really fun to role play movie magic that come at a really good price for their entertainment value.

These clapboards look nice until you write on them with the markers that came with them and try to erase them. You can see in the picture what happens. The white does seem to come off the black one a little better but still not great. The size is good and they are of decent quality other than what I show in the picture.

I like this two-pack. They're wood, not plastic, and they click-clack nicely, smoothly. They're a bit rough on the edges, but I feel that they're good for the price. The backsides are blank, so those can be decorated to my choice, which I'm excited about!This comes with markers and all that, so they're pretty much ready to go out of the box. They're a good size, too. Easily legible if you write clearly and don't have dr handwriting like me, lol.We do silly promo videos for out nerd club and for YouTube sometimes, so we plan to use these soon. I'm pretty excited to have some fun with these.Great for a movie fan, because you can write their favorite movie information on it or something, with the time of their favorite part of the movie. Great for folks who like to make movies/Tik Toks/recordings. This would be fun for a rainy day with the kids, for sure.I'd definitely buy again. These are just so much fun. I could also use a couple to mark up with my favorite movies and put on my horror movie wall display.
